How can I get the most accurate assessment result?

Use Quick or Full intake with clear symptoms, timing, and severity markers. Add symptom photos and clinical history documents when available.

Is PetAider a replacement for a veterinarian?

No. PetAider provides educational guidance and triage support. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace emergency care. For urgent symptoms, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

How do plan billing and pricing estimates work?

Manage account billing handles monthly/yearly Pro access and purchase restore. Assessment cost ranges are estimates based on symptom patterns, urgency, region, and historical benchmarks; final clinic invoices can differ.

What is included in Trial, Free, and Pro access?

Trial includes 14 days with 1 pet, 1 assessment, wellness on, and 1 history entry. Free after trial includes 1 pet, basic estimate only, wellness locked, and 1 Quick assessment per month. Pro includes expanded features and up to 4 pets.

Why might an assessment not appear in History?

On Free access after trial, the included monthly Quick assessment can be viewed immediately but is not added to persistent case history.

How does Wellness access work?

Wellness is enabled during trial and on Pro. Free access after trial keeps assessment basics but locks ongoing wellness planning and reminders.

How does Insurance Insight (Beta) work?

Insurance Insight uses deterministic rules (acute vs chronic signals, recurrence, and pre-existing risk indicators). It is informational only and does not guarantee insurer coverage.

Can I use web and iOS with the same account?

Yes. The same account works across web and mobile. Sign-in options (email, Google, Facebook, Apple on iOS) map to one shared account state.

How do I request account data export or deletion?

Open Privacy & Data from Profile. Data export can be requested in-app. Deletion requests are handled by support verification for account safety.

Who should I contact for billing or account issues?
