Learn what the product organizes, where availability varies, and what always remains with veterinarians, providers and insurers.
PetAider is a pet care companion that helps owners organize health concerns, veterinary preparation, treatment instructions, records, wellness, caregivers, grooming, and insurance-related next steps in one account.
No. PetAider provides care guidance and organization, not veterinary diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment. A licensed veterinarian must examine your pet and make medical decisions.
The current pet profile and assessment flows support dogs, cats, and horses. Some guidance and provider tools vary by species and location.
Yes. Sign in with the same PetAider account on the web app, iPhone app, or Android app to use the account and eligible plan access across platforms.
You enter symptoms, timing, and relevant pet details. PetAider organizes the information into an urgency category, warning signs, and practical next steps. It is guidance, not a diagnosis.
Seek emergency care now for breathing difficulty, collapse, repeated or prolonged seizures, uncontrolled bleeding, severe trauma, inability to urinate, a swollen painful abdomen, suspected poisoning, or rapid deterioration.
PetAider can provide a possible planning range and show cost drivers using the pet, concern, region, and available insurance details.
No. They are planning ranges, not quotes. Actual prices depend on the clinic, region, examination, tests, severity, treatment, hospitalization, and insurance.
Yes, where treatment tools are available. You can record owner-entered veterinary instructions, keep treatment details and provider contacts together, estimate remaining supply, record outcomes, and organize rechecks.
PetAider supports treatment and follow-up notifications where enabled. Reminders are organizational aids and never replace the prescription label, clinic instructions, or veterinary advice.
Individual given-or-skipped dose logging is not currently part of PetAider’s supported public treatment workflow. Current tools focus on recorded instructions, schedules, supply, outcomes, clinic contact, and rechecks.
Where treatment tools are enabled, PetAider can store dispensed and remaining quantities, estimate supply windows from confirmed schedules, preserve treatment events, and track administrative next steps.
It is the connected record built from assessments, treatment events, wellness check-ins, documents, and follow-up activity saved to your pet’s profile. Availability varies by plan and feature rollout.
